The Kosher Express reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel or limit orders in its sole discretion.

COMMENTS, SUBMISSIONS AND OTHER CONTENT

Visitors may post or submit reviews, comments, photos, videos, recipes and other content so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable. The Kosher Express reserves the right to remove or edit such content, but we shall not have any liability if we donít.

If you do post content or submit material, you grant The Kosher Express a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, use, and display such content throughout the world in any media. SELL BY/ FREEZE BY DATE

Many of our meat products contain a "sell by/freeze by" date to ensure freshness.  Since these products are sold frozen, all products containing a "sell by/freeze by" date are frozen prior to the date indicated on the package, ensuring you get the best product available.  

SHIPPING POLICY

At The Kosher Express, we pride ourselves on being able to deliver the freshest and finest kosher products to you anywhere in the United States. We've made several shipping options available to you; from Standard Shipping, which is available to everyone in the U.S guaranteeing delivery to your door within 3 business days, to Priority Overnight, which can be delivered as early as 10:30 AM the next business day. When shipping within the U.S, we primarily use FedEx or the United Postal Service.

When Standard Shipping is selected, orders will be processed Monday and Tuesday only. Orders placed on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. 2-Day Express orders are processed Monday-Wednesday, while Priority Overnight orders are processed Thursday.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

The Kosher Express attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, The Kosher Express does not warrant that product descriptions, pricing or other content on this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product or service offered by The Kosher Express itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for an exchange or refund, subject to our Return Policy below.

PRICING

With respect to items sold by The Kosher Express, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order, as exact weights are not known until the product is scanned and shipped. For this reason, we will authorize your credit card at the time of purchase for the estimated order total, and charge your credit card the exact order total upon shipping. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items may be mis-priced. If this occurs we will take corrective action as needed.

You are responsible for sales tax and other applicable taxes, whether or not they are specifically set forth on the site, order confirmation, receipt, shipping notice or any other document or notice, electronic or otherwise.

QUANTITIES

The Kosher Express reserves the right to limit quantities of any item available on the site in its sole discretion, whether or not a limit is noted on the site. We further reserve the right not to honor any orders, which we believe to be fraudulent or illegal under applicable law.

KOSHER CERTIFICATIONS

All products are supervised by their respective Vaads and/or Cheschers, at the time they are sealed and packaged. You, the customer, however, must determine whether the items you purchase meet your particular kosher standards. The Kosher Express does not warrant that the products you order comply with your particular kosher standard.

We provide links to the sites of affiliated companies and certain other businesses. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant or endorse, the offerings of any of these businesses or individuals or the content of their web sites. The Kosher Express does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, product and content of sites that it links to. DISCOUNTS

Coupons and/or discounts cannot be combined with each other. The customer may choose which discount to apply, and if they do not, the greater one will applied.

RETURN POLICY

If there is a problem with the product that you receive, please email us within 24 hours of receipt of your order and please make sure to include the following:

Your name
Your address.
Your email address.
Your order confirmation number.
The reason for your return.
Please state whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

Upon consent to return your item, we will issue an electronic return code. After you receive your return code, please wrap your package securely, and enclose a copy of the email that we send you with the return code, and ship back to us.

We will not accept return of any item that has been excessively used or consumed, or mishandled.

In the event that you are returning perishable food items to us, they must be returned within 48 hours of your receiving the merchandise. All other items must be returned within 7 days of your receiving them.

We recommend that you return your package via UPS or insured mail for your protection. We do not refund shipping costs, and a 5% restocking fee will apply to all items returned, unless your return is attributable to our error.

If you choose a refund rather than an exchange, the full purchase price for the merchandise you return will be credited to the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting The Kosher Express, you agree that the laws of the state of Colorado will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and The Kosher Express.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to The Kosher Express or to the products or services sold or distributed by The Kosher Express shall be adjudicated in any state court in Aurora, Colorado, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Any claims or causes of action arising out of your use of the site must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or shall be forever barred.

COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS

The Kosher Express respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please promptly advise us in writing of the requested information below. Please note that this procedure is exclusively for notifying The Kosher Express that your copyrighted material has been infringed.

An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed upon;
A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site;
Your address, telephone number and e-mail address;

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these terms and conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term or condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions supersede any prior version and, together with the other policies posted on the site, contain the entire agreement between you and The Kosher Express.

VIOLATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note that if we, at any time, determine that you have abused or violated the letter or intent of any of these Terms of and Conditions, or any applicable law, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the site and all related services, and to take any responsive action that we deem necessary.
