My wife and kids had the lamb shoulder chops for Shabbos dinner two nights ago. We heated the broiler about fifteen minutes before candle lighting, broiled each side for four or five minutes, turned off the broiler and said our brachot. The lamb was perfectly juicy, bright pink and held its temperature. Marvelous! We'll certainly be ordering this product again
