I do want to let you know that we had the Teva "Petite Tenderloin" for dinner tonight and it was a superb piece of beef. Believe it or not, I marinated it in a sauce I'd whipped up for a friends birthday brisket a week ago: Shiner Bock beer, onions, garlic, hickory flavor BBQ sauce, molasses and liquid smoke) then roasted it at 425 for about 25 minutes. Dang, it was good! And there isn't even a scrap left for my dogs.
