KASHRUTH POLICY

PROCEDURES

All products adhere to, and were prepared under, the strictest standards of Kashruth. Every product sold by The Kosher Express is Glatt Kosher and contains a Kosher Symbol (Hechsher) given to it by the certifying agency that it was prepared under.

The various brands carried by The Kosher Express and their respective Kosher certifying agencies are found below under the section titled “Brands.” Upon receiving Kosher products, The Kosher Express immediately weighs and inventories each product in preparation for shipping to customers.

ALL PRODUCTS REMAIN SEALED AND FROZEN FROM THE MOMENT THEY ARE SHIPPED TO OUR WAREHOUSE UNTIL THE TIME THEY ARE DELIVERED TO YOUR DOORSTEP.

SHIPPING

Orders submitted Friday through Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. This is an effort to respect and honor the rules of Shabbat. Certain restrictions on shipping apply during Jewish Holidays.

The Kosher Express, will never send an order to be delivered during Shabbat or during the Jewish Holidays. If ground shipping is selected, and The Kosher Express cannot guarantee that an order will be delivered before Friday at sundown, we will withhold shipping until the following week.

Unforeseen circumstances may arise during the shipping process. The Kosher Express cannot guarantee that all packages delivered via United Parcel Service (UPS) will arrive exactly upon schedule.

Should any problems arise during the shipping process, please contact us at info@thekosherexpress.com and we will immediately work to resolve any issue.

Mehadrin Glatt Kosher Poultry: contains no antibiotics, no artificial ingredients, and no preservatives.

Empire Kosher: is all-natural and contains no preservatives or artificial ingredients.
Supervision: The Orthodox Union (OU) and K'hal Adath Jeshurun (KAJ).
Of Tov: products are pre-cooked and made in Israel.

Holy Cow Jerky: contains no preservatives.
