  • Adding to cart: When you see something you like, simply click “add to cart.”You will then be directed to a page containing all items in your shopping cart. To add more items, simply click “continue shopping”
  • Affiliate/Promotional codes: If you have an affiliate or promotional code, please enter this before proceeding to checkout. Apply the code in the box marked “Affiliate/Promotional Codes.”
  • Check out: Once you have selected all of the items that you wish to purchase, click “proceed to check out.” Our system will walk you through the check out process, allowing you to select your preferred shipping and payment methods.

SHIPPING

All products are shipped in Styrofoam containers, packed with enough dry ice to ensure that your order arrives completely frozen. For most situations, we recommend Ground Shipping. It is the most economical and practical choice.

  • Ground orders: depending upon your ship-to address, ground orders will be processed Monday-Wednesday* until 2PM EST.
  • 2-Day Express orders are processed Monday & Tuesday until 2PM EST.
  • Priority Overnight orders are processed through Thursday at 2PM EST.

Please Note: 2-Day Express & Priority Overnight, are by their nature, considerably more costly. Orders submitted Friday through Sunday, will not be processed until the following Monday. This is all in an effort to respect and honor the rules of Shabbat. Certain restrictions on shipping apply during Jewish Holidays.

*Different areas of the country receive Ground shipments within 1-3 business days. 3-day Ground orders will be processed on Mondays, 2-day Ground orders on Mondays and Tuesday, and 1-day Ground on Monday-Wednesday.
